How We Do It
3%.Com Properties optimises the function of the role players in a typical real estate transaction, by maximising the administrative role of the conveyancer (attorney) and empowering the property practitioner (agent) we effectively cut out the middle man and pass on that cost saving to you, the seller. That is why our sales commission is mere 3% (plus VAT), while providing a truly comprehensive service.
